Tuna Biscuits

1 ½ Cups of Oatmeal (Made into flour) or White Flour

1 Can of Tuna in Water (5 oz)

1 Egg

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain tuna and discard water.

  2. Add all the ingredients to a food processor (or blender). mix until smooth. You can add a little water if the dough is too dry.

  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Use cookie cutters to cut the dough into shapes.

  4. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place biscuits on cookie sheet.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cool before serving.
