Sweet Potato Chips
1 Sweet Potato
1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Peel your sweet potato. If you are using a food processor, cut your sweet potato so that it will fit.
2. Slice your sweet potato into ¼ in pieces (for softer chips) or use a food processor to cut into small coins (crispier chips).
3. Place chips in a single layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Cook for 2 hours, turning them over halfway through.
