Dog Nachos

1-2 Sweet Potatoes

1 cup carrots, shredded (or veggie of your choice)

½ cup Parmesan Cheese

½ cup chopped bacon or other meat of your choice

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet.

  2. Peel your sweet potatoes and cut into ¼ or 1/8 in thick coins. Cover the bottom of the baking sheet with the coins. They can overlap. (We used a food processor to chop the potatoes)

  3. Top with shredded carrots or chopped vegetable of your choice. Cover with bacon (or other meat). Finally, top it all with the cheese.

  4. Bake 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
